用藥提醒
吃藥時間、劑量、飯前飯後——最容易出錯的指令。
早上的血壓藥兩顆，飯後吃

這個藥一天吃三次，每次一顆

翻身、洗澡、換尿布——每天都會用到的句子。
幫阿嬤翻身，兩個小時翻一次

台灣的勞基法規定外籍看護的休假和加班費標準，但很多英語系看護來自不同國家，勞動法規可能不同。建議用翻譯工具把相關規定傳達清楚，避免日後爭議。

就醫與緊急狀況
看醫生、急診、描述症狀——關鍵時刻不能翻錯。
今天下午三點要帶阿嬤去看醫生

台灣的健保系統對英語系看護來說可能很陌生。建議事先用英文解釋台灣看診流程：掛號（registration）→ 候診（waiting）→ 看診（consultation）→ 批價（payment）→ 領藥（pick up medicine）。
